The staff was excellent friendly and exceptionally nice throughout the day.

The staff was fine and positive, the room was soundproof. My room was upgraded with beautiful view on mountains, a large terrace, as example. Overall the service was good.

Its location was fab, just off the main plaza of Pto, the mountains, and a square where there was plenty of restaurants also. We saw Pine Walk, that's not too far from the venue.

The units are spacious and soundproof with beautiful view on mountains. All the staff members are very good. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from Plaza Miquel Capllonch.

Reasonably priced place, had a relaxing stay for my summer holidays. Comforts of good sized double room with balcony were fabulous. The hotel was next to lots of nice restaurant nearby thanks to its amazing and incredible location.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

It's great value place to stay 2 km away from Boquer Valley. The units are welcoming, large mainly in bathroom. This property is in a marvellous and fab location, really close to beach and all the shops as well as bars/restaurants/shops.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, with reasonable prices for a stay in such a beautiful location. The attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located right in the square at Puerto Pollensa, which means there are plenty of restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. It's also in a quiet square in the center of town, ensuring a peaceful stay.

All in all, everything was just fine and met my expectations.

It had central location close to Pollensa Port. And the area was lovely, really close to the beach and promenade with bars and restaurants, the main square of the town and Hostal Borras for 12 nights.

I asked for double room and it was beautiful. Walk from a bus station, the location was amazing and fab, right in the Town Square. I had coffee at Meraki Tapas Bar, located within 5 minutes walk.

the room is incredible with a lovely bed and pillows. amazing and fantastic staff as one would expect. the service is good, includes ample parking. in fact, there is free internet. its location is awesome & marvellous, not far from the square, which is the main hub of puerto pollensa as well as all restaurants. 200 metres are distance to a restaurant.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a lovely square just a stone's throw away. The value for money was excellent, with breakfast included and basic amenities provided in the clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were cleaned regularly with fresh towels and sheets. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the window in the bathroom that overlooked the refrigeration system, adding a unique touch to the room.

All was well, no complaints.
